COVIDWISE was Virginia’s official exposure notification app designed to inform users if they were likely exposed to another COVIDWISE user with a verified positive COVID-19 test result. If a user tested positive for COVID-19, the app allowed them to quickly and anonymously share their result with other COVIDWISE users.
My role included designing the app’s overall visual identity, including the app icon, and creating promotional assets for its listings on the Apple App Store and Google Play. I also designed the featured visuals for the App Store product page.
The app was retired and disabled following the end of the National Public Health Emergency on May 11, 2023.
